    NC, SC, Triad, or Charlotte Chapter Member Registration Fee ($255.00 per person)

    Non-Chapter Member Registration Fee ($280.00 per person)

Completed registration forms AND payment should be received by September 12, 2008. You are not considered registered until your registration fee has been paid!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by the Treasurer, Roxanne Gillespie,  at (704) 348-8158 by October 1, 2008 will be refunded at 90%.  Cancellations received October 1, 2008 through October 11, 2008 will be refunded at 50%. NO REFUNDS will be given after October 12, 2008.  Substitutions will be permitted if requested prior to the conference.
