The Carolinas Conference will be held at the beautiful Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Our group rate is $67.00 per night for single/double occupancy ocean view rooms plus local taxes and fees (currently 11%).  An additional $10.00 will be added per night per room for triple and quad occupancy.  This price does not include suites.  Our group code for reservations is CPY.  For phone reservations - tell the attendant you are with the Carolinas Payroll.  Hotel check in time is 4:00 pm, and check out time is 12:00 noon. 

Our block of rooms will be held until October 5, 2008.  After that date, the rooms will be released, and anyone wanting a room will be subject to the Hilton's regular rate and availability.  All rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card or advance deposit in the amount of one night's lodging.  Room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically cancelled on October 5, 2008.
